The Artbook PDFs have been released!
If your tier included a digital download of any Artbooks, they just started going out! Check in your email inbox to get yours. Also, the physical artbooks made it to customs! It takes a few weeks for them to be processed, but we'll keep you updated on when we will receive them at the warehouse. We'll start shipping physical rewards as soon as possible!

Shipping Update and New Kickstarter Last Call

So quick update that the books are on their way. They were printed in China and done but due to the coronavirus they were delayed in getting on a boat to head our way. They did confirm that things are moving so we expect in the next 8-12 weeks (depending on if there are any customs delays) to begin shipping out to everyone.
In the meantime we also wanted to let everyone know (in case you haven't heard) that we have another series of books on Kickstarter that ENDS THIS WEEKEND!

OK so the Backer Kit Surveys are on their way but here are several IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS to please be aware of. MOST IMPORTANT these surveys will come from BACKER KIT. Backer Kit is the CORRECT company and their email will consist of a link unique to you. The surveywill be sent to the emailaddress you used to register with Kickstarter! Alternatively you can go to https://tyndallartbook8.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders to have your survey sent.
1) ) YOU CAN NOW UPGRADE TIER LEVELS IN BACKER KIT!!!
If you want to switch your pledge level, YOU CAN. On Backer Kit when you come to your link (which will be emailed to you from Backer Kit) you will have the opportunity to SWITCH (see image above). You will simply owe the difference for higher tiers or it will convert the rest to a credit you can use for add-ons if you go down in levels. But remember the higher reward tiers often come with much bigger bonuses or discounts, such as...
2) GETTING MULTIPLE TIERS
If you want multiple REWARD TIERS that have a lot of different bonus items at discounted price simply contact us and we can help add these to your account at the correct prices and reconcile. Contact us at [email protected] for help.
3) CGC UPGRADES
If you wish to add CGC to the comics with that feature available, all White Widow CGC versions will be signed by both Jamie and Benny. Yellow Labels have no guaranteed minimum grade. 9.6+ and 9.8+ will guarantee that minimum grade level. Please select what region you live in as this includes extra shipping. CGCs will be shipped separately from your main package items, thus they incur a separate shipping fee. If you order multiple CGCs, let us know and we can adjust your costs accordingly at [email protected].
4) ADD-ONS
If you over-pledged in Kickstarter, BACKER KIT is where you will select what you wanted to get, AND you can add on multiple items. If you have any problems with this process, please contact us at [email protected]
5) SHIPPING COSTS
We have continued working to improve and lower our costs. You may notice that once again these costs have dropped. However, this isn't a perfect process. If you think the costs may be incorrect please contact us at [email protected] and we will double check to make certain you aren't being overcharged.
6) WHEN YOUR CARDS WILL CHARGE
Please note that until we finalize and lock (which won't be for a few weeks) your credit cards WILL NOT BE CHARGED. So this will allow us time to make any adjustments in your add-ons, upgrades, CGCs, shipping costs, etc. We will send an announcement when we approach this point.

Firstly I wanted to send out a big thank you to everyone that supported this Kickstarter. It was an amazing success and we can't wait to get all the rewards and books to you.
We have started the printing on the books and they will look amazing. We have also started building our backerkit and hope all the surveys to you next week.
For those of you that are new to Kickstarter. Backerkit is an application we use to verify your shipping address and Order from our Kickstarter. It gives us an inventory list of everything you ordered and the rewards you will receive. Backerkit also acts like an online store for additional products. In Backerkit you will be able to add on additional items to your kickstarter. For example we will have a selection of Metal Prints (11x17) and Regular Prints available in backerkit as add-ons. These items are discounted from our Webstore too. We will also be adding a couple new things to the Backerkit as well.
Once we launch Backerkit we will send out another update as well. We will also update with a customer service email for all questions about the kickstarter and Backerkit.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support on this project and for supporting my career. I promise there are even bigger things coming in 2020. I hope to see all of you at some comic cons this year. We do have our show schedules posted on www.jamietyndall.com

Hey everyone we have just under 12 hours left for the art book 8 and white widow artbook Kickstarter. I also wanted to wish everyone a happy holidays, and a sincere thank you for all your support over the years. My career in this industry has been amazing and has been made possible by all the support everyone has given me. To everyone I have met at the comic cons and everyone that enjoys my work ... I say thank you and I promise there are even bigger things coming next year....
